You can also respond to received SMS messages by clicking the Reply button. You can click the blue link of their name to open up the whole conversation if needed.
When responding to a text from the SMS Inbox, the Practice SMS Name will automatically be included, as shown in the image on the right. You can use the SMS template drop down to select from your available SMS Templates. You'll be able to see how many characters you have available to use at the bottom.
