Lab results can be viewed in the Orders tab of the patient ability. The Labs icon is a special shortcut that will take a user directly to the Orders tab and automatically selecting the Filter by Type – Laboratory. At this time, Lab results are unidirectional. MacPractice is able to receive lab results from lab companies, however it is not able to send out lab requisitions from MacPractice. Check here for information on the setup process.
