  Default Regularly Treated Checkbox Preference For EHR

Tested in 15.16.0-12 (Master).

In Preferences > Clinical > we have an option that is automatically checked when updating called “Automatically Enabled Regularly Treated Checkbox for a New Diagnosis”. With this checked I went to the EMR, EHR and Clinical abilities to where the Problem List widgets/elements were stored, along with the Encounter Diagnosis. With the option checked, and I created new diagnoses, I could see that the Regularly Treated checkbox was checked. When saving the option it, it saved the state correctly.

Then I went back to Preferences > Clinical and unchecked the option. When I created new diagnoses options for a patient, the Regularly Treated checkbox was not checked for the diagnoses. When saved, the option remained unchecked in each ability. This is good to go.
