Attachments

  • Resolved a “File not found on server” error that could occur in some circumstances. (MAC-2408)

ePrescribe

  • Made some minor improvements when using multiple windows and accessing ePrescribe to prevent unnecessary lockouts. (MAC-2302)

  • Addressed an issue when multiple windows were open when accessing ePrescribe, where if both windows had separate patients selected, in some cases a prescription could be created for the wrong patient in error. This issue could also impact Pharmacy Change Requests. (MAC-2167, MAC-2012)

ERA Manager

  • Added the ability to tie a claim in the ledger to an ERA claim in the ERA Manager. (MAC-1463)

Ledger

  • Adjusted the behavior when posting a payment in the ledger by using the “Insurance Check” payment option. If no payment is selected, the software will now select the insurance company of an open claim on the ledger, as opposed to just the primary insurance. This should aid in the workflow of posting payments for secondary claims. (MAC-1945)

Miscellaneous

  • Addressed an issue where the Admin Portal selection in the MacPractice Menu would open a blank window in error. (MAC-2365)

  • Resolved the Network Connection Error when attempting to log into MacPractice. (MAC-2212)

  • Addressed an issue when using the Preferences/Settings > Security > Set Up Domain button, which was causing an error. (MAC-2182)

MP Engage

  • Addressed an issue where you could not search for appointments or patients on the MP Engage portal. (MAC-2435)

MacPractice Payments

  • Addressed an issue when surcharging is enabled, where you would be unable to card swipe or card tap on the card terminal in error. (MAC-2264)

Preferences / Settings

  • In Sidebar Preferences / Settings, the “Hide Additional Patient Data while on Many” checkbox has been removed. (MAC-448)

  • Addressed an issue where a user with privileges disabled to archive insurances could still delete an insurance company in error. (MAC-282)

Reports

  • Added a new Statements Count report in the Accounting/Financial folder of the Reports Ability. (MAC-2223)

  • Users are now able to still view and create lists that are created via Reports, even if the “View Lists” user privilege is not enabled. (MAC-297)

  • In Monthly reports, addressed an issue where you could not tab in between the date fields as you would normally expect. (MAC-249)
