Upon updating to Build 15.18.7 or above, RUNNING THE PHASE 1 ONBOARDING CURLS FOR INOVALON AFTER AN UPDATE IS NO LONGER REQUIRED.

RUNNING THESE CURLS ON BUILD 15.18.7 or higher will result in eClaims failing to submit.Please contact MacPractice Support if you have inadvertently taken this step!

• We’ve implemented support for ERA retrieval in MacPractice. You will no longer need to manually import your ERAs into MacPractice.

  • After update, when you first send claims or retrieve ERA reports via the eClaims Ability > Reports > Select Inovalon Template > Click Retrieve, all ERAs from the last 60 days that you may have manually imported will be re-imported. Be mindful of this, as all these freshly imported ERAs will need to be manually shifted to the Completed Bin in the ERA Manager.
