The Last Procedures report displays the last time a patient had a procedure performed. This report does not search for appointments, just procedures on their ledger.
This article covers the current functionality of the Last Procedures report as of Build 15.4. In prior builds, this was the Last Visits Report.
As with most reports, this can be filtered by Provider and Office. In this report, these filters are based on the Provider and Office listed in the patient tab, as illustrated below.

Last Procedure Between Range: This option views patients that have had a procedure between two pre-set dates . With this option selected, two pop up menus set the start range (No Limit through 2 years) and the end range (Today through 2 years). For example, you could set this for "1 Year" and "Today" to capture all patients that have had a procedure in the last yearset in the From and To fields.
No Procedure Within (x) Days: This option views patients that have not had a procedure in x days. You can use the menu to determine the date range from a series of pre-set day ranges.
For example, you could set the day range to 30 days to capture all patients who have NOT had a visit in the last 30 days.
This option also provides an additional checkbox that determine whether to include new patients (patients with no transactions at all). choose between 30/60/90/120/180/270 days or 1-5 years.
No Procedure Since Date: This option allows you to manually set a date to search for patients with no procedure since that date.
For example, if you want to capture all patients who have not had a procedure since the end of 2016, you can set the date for 12/31/2016.
