When successfully logged in, click the button labeled "Reference Concept Database". It will look like the screenshot below. This will start the download.

Users have reported that using Chrome to download the Reference Concept Database doesn’t seem to work very well.

We recommend using Safari to download the Reference Concept Database.

This file will be roughly 200MB. The time to download depends on the speed of your internet connection.

Once the download completes, double click the package to begin the installation. right-click the package and select “Open With > Installer”. Simply double clicking the package may result in an error, as this isn’t a package that’s installed from the Apple Store.

The solution is to navigate to System Settings > Privacy and Security > Security > “Allow Applications From”. This area should list the RefCon package and have an “Open Anyway” button, as shown below:
