Welcome to the Learning Center! Here, you can find our current and previous webinars covering subjects within the MacPractice software, as well as our Video Archive covering most areas of the MacPractice software. We also offer personal training if you’re interested!

 Review our Phone Training Options by clicking here!

The Phone Training option is completed via conference call and share screen for your convenience! We are able to provide this training in a completely social distancing friendly atmosphere by allowing each attendee to view the training from their own computer. Prior to our virtual training, we will discuss which topics you and your team would like to cover during the training. This will allow us to prepare all of the materials and come up with a training plan that best suits your needs.

To purchase training, please contact MacPractice Training at training@macpractice.com or you can call our Support line (877) 220-8418 and select Option 5.

We offer four training packages:

  • 1 Hour Phone Training - $200 - Spend time covering a new ability or correcting an inefficient workflow. Our MacPractice trainers can assist you with any area of the MacPractice system.

  • Bundle Deal - 3 Hours + 1 Hour free - $600 - Purchase 3 hours of training and receive 1 hour at NO COST for a total of 4 hours of training. Use this time to learn to use your MacPractice system efficiently and effectively.

  • New Client Training Package - 8 Hours - $1200 - This package is designed for our new clients who are implementing MacPractice for the first time. It includes a special bundle pricing of 8 hours of training for the price of just 6 hours. Our trainers will cover each workflow in the office in order to prepare you for going live with MacPractice.

  • Going Paperless Training Bundle - 4 hours - $600 - This package was designed specifically for our clients making the final jump to a paperless workflow. You will receive 4 hours of training for the price of just 3! Training will include a full demonstration of the Electronic Health Record keeping capabilities of MacPractice, recommendations on implementing them in your office, and comprehensive training over the custom forms after they’ve been created for your full staff.

MacPractice Academy Tracks

Our MacPractice Academy tracks take a detailed look at a specific role within a typical office running MacPractice. These tracks are a great way to introduce a new team member to MacPractice! We have two sets of Academy Tracks available to review:
