Ethnicities Reference Node

The Ethnicities Reference Node contains the available options when selecting a patient's Ethnicity, located in the Patients Ability > Patient tab > Race/Ethnicity sub-tab. By default, the three options available are:

• Declined to Specify

• Hispanic or Latino

• Not Hispanic or Latino

Ethnicities are a coded section, meaning you cannot create or edit Ethnicity records. You can add additional  options by selecting the Ethnicities node in the sidebar, and clicking the green plus (+). This will bring up a window where you can search for the desired Ethnicity to add to your disposal to be used when selecting a patient's Ethnicity.
