Services and Products Quick Reference

The MacPractice Products and Services ability provides a collection of links and access to frequently used websites, such as Change Healthcare, Apple, MacPractice, and so on. Select any of the nodes to display the webpage within the main MacPractice window.

Note: Pop up windows, JavaScript, and other commonly used Internet utilities may be disabled within the MacPractice Products/Services ability. An external browser, such as Safari, should be used when such website features are necessary.

Let's go over each node in the Services and Products Ability:

MacPractice

The MacPractice node in the Products and Services ability displays the MacPractice website. The website can also be viewed at www.macpractice.com.

MacPractice User Conference

This is a site with the most up to date information on the next MacPractice User Conference. This will currently display as blank as no User Conference is planned at this time.

Services and Products

This node provides an overview of additional features available from MacPractice.

Re-Order Forms

The Re-Order Forms node displays the MacPractice Printed Forms website.

Change Healthcare Portal

The Change Healthcare node opens the Change Healthcare portal in the default web browser. The website can also be viewed at www.capario.com.

Change Healthcare Payer List

The Change Healthcare Payer List displays the Change Healthcare Payer List Search. The website can also be viewed at
www.capario.com/services/resource_center/payer/list/default_db.asp.

Change Healthcare provides three ways to find payer information, each of which are listed here.

CDA Payer List

The CDA Payer List node in the Internet ability displays the CDAnet Networks, Carriers, and Supported Transactions list. The list can also be viewed at
https://www.cda-adc.ca/_files/services/cdanet/cdanet_supported_trans.pdf .

Enzo Labs

The Enzo Labs node in the Internet ability displays the Enzo Labs website. The website can also be viewed at
www.enzo.com.

Claims Adjustment Reason Codes

The Claims Adjustment Reason Codes node in the Internet ability displays the Washington Publishing Company Claim Adjustment Reason Code list. The website can also be viewed at
http://www.wpc-edi.com/reference/codelists/healthcare/claim-adjustment-reason-codes/ .

NPI Registry Search

The NPi Registry Search node in the Internet ability displays the NPPES (National Plan & Provider Enumerartion System) NPI Registry Search. The website can also be viewed at
https://npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov/NPPESRegistry/NPIRegistryHome.do .

DentalXchange

The DentalXchange node in the Internet ability opens the DentalXchange portal in the default web browser The website can also be viewed at
www.dentalxchange.com.
