eClaims
Added a button in the eClaims report window to view the deletion logs when retrieving reports (MAC-1927)
ePrescribe
Added a restriction to ePrescribe. Now only one MacPractice window can access ePrescribe at any given time, to ensure that prescriptions are not accidentally prescribed to the wrong patient. (MAC-2012)
ERA Manager
Implemented some additional logging in the backend when retrieving ERAs to help troubleshoot future ERA issues.(MAC-1866)

Updated several links within the Services and Products ability. (MAC-1965)
Adjusted the Dental Healthcare Payer List link from a PDF to a URL. (MAC-2014)

Patient Portal
If a message is sent to a patient via the Portal, an email notification is normally sent. There was an issue when a patient would reply to an office message, and then the office would reply, where that final reply would not generate an email notification for the client in error.Â
TSYS
Addressed an issue when adding a wallet to a patient's record where there would be a "duplicate enrollment" error. This should now be resolved.Â

Codes Manager
We've added ADA Codes for 2023 into the Codes Manager. You can purchase these on your license by emailing accountmanagement@macpractice.com.
Dental
Corrected an issue that was causing Clinical Notes to not be retained in some workflows.
eClaims
Made some adjustments when clicking a Trace Number link of a Rejected Claim in the eClaims ability in MacPractice. Now, a link to the Customer Hub page will open. This also copies the Trace Number information so the user can easily paste this into the Hub when creating a ticket for our EDI Support Team.
Help Menu
Updated the "Show Ticket Window" in the Help Menu to redirect to the new Customer Hub, where you can create, track, and receive updates on in-progress Support tickets. It'll now redirect to https://help.macpractice.com.Â
Server Management App
Adjusted the behavior when attempting to restore a backup. Now you can select a backup from any path, not just the default MacPracticeBackups path.Â
Services and Products
Resolved an issue on the Services and Products Ability under "NPI Registry Search", where the web view wasn't appearing as expected.Â
Preferences
Addressed an issue when changing the font in the selector in MacPractice Menu > Preferences > Sidebar > Show Fonts, where if the user logged out and back in, this change would be reverted in error.Â
Addressed an issue with the Set Up Domain button in Security Preferences, where the domain would not be configured as expected upon clicking.Â
Miscellaneous
Addressed an issue when MP Support representatives use the Password of the Day to assist with login issues, where the PWOD user would not be able to view the status of other users on the Server.Â
Replaced the Bubble Pop interface with a browser pop-up for the Customer Hub. You can read more about the Customer Hub here.
