Build 15.3.3-4

ePrescribe

  • Addressed an issue where the Prescribed Date of a prescription would not sync from NewCrop in error. We also changed the Prescribed Date field title to "Effective Date".

Misc

  • Updated CCDA to include the office's OID. Also added a HL7 OID text field to the Office Reference. 

Patients

  • Added a "Patient Consent" tab in the Patients Ability > Patient Tab.

Faxing / Updox

  • Addressed an issue when accessing the Faxing Ability where there would only be a blank page presented in error.

Miscellaneous

  • Resolved an issue when MacPractice is configured to log out after inactivity, where if you were logged out, MacPractice would unexpectedly quit.

  • Addressed an issue with WAMP connectivity after logging into MacPractice.

Clinical

  • Addressed an issue with the Immunization Widget, where if you click the "More" button and then click "Set Up Registry" in the resulting window, MacPractice could unexpectedly quit.

Digital Radiography

  • Adjusted the behavior of the "File Not Found on Server" message that would appear on thumbnails in layouts where an uploaded image was interrupted by another process. Now, the message will include the IP address of the client that uploaded the image to help resolve the issue. 

eClaims

  • Resolved an issue in the Template Builder where selected rows would not always display correctly based on the OS's dark mode vs light mode. 

EHR

  • Resolved an issue when editing a medication from the EHR Ability under an Incident, where MacPractice could unexpectedly quit in some circumstances.

ERA Manager

  • Made an adjustment to allow multiple selections to perform bulk status actions. 

Miscellaneous

  • Updated Apache to 2.4.54, and OpenSSL to 1.1.1q. 

  • Addressed an issue when changing license in Preferences > Abilities, when fetching the license, where the user should be informed now to restart MacPractice instead of simply logging out and in. 

  • Updated the Change Healthcare Payer List in the Services and Products Ability. 

Notes

  • Addressed an issue with Note categories changing width and sizes as the columns are resized in error. 

Preferences

  • Addressed an issue with the "Remind the User within X minutes before the Reminder Time" field in Preferences - Orders. 

References

  • Added a new "Order Status" Reference category to be used in conjunction with the Orders Ability's Order Status field. You can also use the Inspector drawer to search for patients with a specific Order Status by selecting the Order Status node in References.

  • In the Insurance Company Reference category, added a new "Eligibility NPI Override" selector to be used in cases when some insurances require Provider NPI for eligibility checking even if the provider has Bill as Individual selected. 

Rx Ability

  • Resolved an issue where MacPractice could unexpectedly quit when attempting to print prescriptions in some cases. 

Schedule

  • Addressed an issue where in the On Call node, the Start and End Time fields were not always editable in error. 

  • Resolved an issue with the Advanced View of an appointment, where if you view the Account Tab of the Advanced View, the Provider field would display "None" in error.

Build 15.2.0-47

Clinical

  • Addressed an issue where MacPractice could unexpectedly quit when utilizing the CCDA Export Manager node with the "Export Patient Incidents with changes from the last 48 hours" option. 

EMR/EDR

  • Addressed an issue when printing EMR/EDR Forms on Light mode and Dark Mode. 

iPad Apps

  • Resolved an issue with popup elements in the Clipboard and iEHR apps.

Installer

  • The MacPractice Server installer now includes the MP Go installer as well! 

Managers - ERA Manager

  • Addressed an issue with ERA remittance date preference data not syncing appropriately. 

Miscellaneous

  • Resolved printing issues in the Ledger Tab, in the Rx Ability, or in the Optical Ability, where in some cases attempting to print would cause MacPractice to unexpectedly quit.

  • Corrected an issue with Jive authentication when logging into Jive. 

Preferences - Server Backups

  • Addressed some issues that could occur if the user clicks the Backups button multiple times in error.

References - Forms

  • Made a change to Treatment Plan Form Settings. We have adjusted the name of the "Maximum number of Transactions" field to "Maximum Number of Lines" to better reflect what this field actually controls. 

Reports

  • Added two columns to the Recall Report: "Recent Communication Date" and "Recent Communication Method". 

Rx Ability

  • Resolved an issue where MacPractice could unexpectedly quit when renewing a medication record while printing. 

Schedule

  • Addressed an issue when right clicking an appointment and selecting Print Form, where if the form has custom elements that need to be filled out, the form would populate those custom fields from the previously entered form with custom fields.Â
