Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Service
ERA Retrieval is an important feature that provides quicker insurance claim payments that can be imported directly into MacPractice.
We provide ERA services for our integrated clearinghouses, Inovalon and Change Healthcare. MacPractice also supports manual ERA importing for other clearinghouses that we do not integrate with, presuming that they are in the .835 file format.
Interested in ERA Service? Reach out to our Sales Department via sales@macpractice.com or (646) 305-9008.
Why are ERAs important?
The Benefits of ERA Service are:
Faster than mail payments (No need to wait on mail correspondence)
Can be imported directly into MacPractice, avoiding the need to post manual payments.
Provides you quicker information about needed claim corrections, making your billing operation more streamlined.
Minimizes time required accessing individual insurance payer portals and managing passwords for each payer portal to get results.
