The Deleted appointments report displays appointments which have been deleted from the Schedule.

Filter Options

Status: Filters the report by the Status of the deleted appointment.
Type: Filters the report by the Appointment Type of the deleted appointment.
Resources: Filters the report by the Resource of the deleted appointment.
Appointment Deleted Start/End Date: Filters the report by the date range in which appointments were deleted.

Results Columns

Patient Last, First: The first and last name of the patient associated with the created appointment.
Patient #: The patient number of the patient associated with the created appointment.
Age: The age of the patient associated with the created appointment.
Status: The Appointment Status of the created appointment.
Created By: The user who created the appointment.
Updated By: The user who updated the appointment.
Provider: The provider associated to the created appointment.
