Created Appointments Report
The Created Appointments report displays patient appointments and by whom the appointment was created or updated.
Filter Options
Status:Â Filters the report by the Status of the created appointment.
Type:Â Filters the report by the Appointment Type of the created appointment.
Resources: Filters the report by the Resource of the created appointment.
Appointment Created Start/End Date: Filters the report by the date range in which appointments were created.

Results Columns
Patient Last, First: The first and last name of the patient associated with the created appointment.
Patient #:Â The patient number of the patient associated with the created appointment.
Age:Â The age of the patient associated with the created appointment.
Status: The Appointment Status of the created appointment.
Created By: The user who created the appointment.
Updated By:Â The user who updated the appointment.
Provider: The provider associated to the created appointment.
