Created Appointments Report

The Created Appointments report displays patient appointments and by whom the appointment was created or updated.

Filter Options

  • Status: Filters the report by the Status of the created appointment.

  • Type: Filters the report by the Appointment Type of the created appointment.

  • Resources: Filters the report by the Resource of the created appointment.

  • Appointment Created Start/End Date: Filters the report by the date range in which appointments were created.

Results Columns

  • Patient Last, First: The first and last name of the patient associated with the created appointment.

  • Patient #: The patient number of the patient associated with the created appointment.

  • Age: The age of the patient associated with the created appointment.

  • Status: The Appointment Status of the created appointment.

  • Created By: The user who created the appointment.

  • Updated By: The user who updated the appointment.

  • Provider: The provider associated to the created appointment.
