Unscheduled Treatment Plans Report

The Unscheduled Treatment Plans Report displays treatment plans where predeterminations have been received, but do not yet have an appointment scheduled.

Filter Options

  • Providers: This filter will narrow down the results to display information tied to the selected provider or providers.

  • Offices: This filter will narrow down the results to results that apply to the selected Office reference.

  • Procedure Start/End Date: Filters the report by the date range in which the procedure was posted.

  • Procedure Start/End Date: Filters the report by the date range in which the procedure was posted.

Results Columns

 

The report displays results in the following columns:

  • Patient #: The first column displays the patient ID as displayed in the patient tab.

  • Patient Name: The next column shows the patient's name (last name, first name).

  • Code: This column displays the procedure code.

  • Description: The Description column provides a description of the designated procedure.

  • Proc. Fee: The next column provides the fee associated to the procedure.

  • Proc. Date: Finally, the Proc. Date column provides the date the specified procedure was posted.
