Restorative Charting Preferences

The Restorative Charting preference will only appear in the MacPractice DDS software. This preference will assist in customizing your Restorative Charting feature.

  • Tooth Surface Format: Print Surface As Is On Claim or Treatment Plan: When enabled, MacPractice prints the surfaces the way they are entered in the New Charge window. If you want MacPractice to reformat the surface notation by the order of 'MODBL' for posterior teeth or 'MDFL' for anterior teeth, disable this preference.

  • Load initial Dental data in the background on startup:When checked, this preference will load Dental charts in the background once MacPractice is started.
