Portal - Access Log
The Access Log tab can be found by selecting a patient from the main screen of the patient portal.
The access log has one purpose: to inform the patient of every time their records were access through the patient portal. Access will be logged per date to keep this tab organized. The patient can click on a date to view all the actions that were completed during the login session to the portal.Â
Each action will be shown in this log. This is a security feature to allow the patient to see when their account was accessed. If there are line items that look suspicious, the portal user password should be reset.Â
