Dental - Generic Clinical Note

The Clinical Note Table is used to document notes alongside procedures that have been completed or planned for the patient. This table is also used to host generic notes about a patient's chart. Generic notes work similarly to charting.

The incident panel is used to select if the note should be categorized as existing, completed procedures, or planned treatment. If there is a unique tooth for this note be sure to highlight the correct teeth. After this has been selected, click the plus on the right corner of the Clinical Note Table. This new clinical note will function just like any other note within this table.
