EHR Preconfigured Section - Preventive Care

The Preventive Care Section is used to add Preventive Care procedures for a patient.
Click Preventive Care to add a new Preventive Care procedure from References > Preventive Routine Cares. In the resulting popover, select the measure in the left column, then select the specific entry in the right column. Next, click the Select button.
To pull a Preventive Care measure already associated to the patient from the chart, click the Pull from Chart button. Select the box of the measure in the left column. The right column displays a brief summary of the measure. Click the Done button to pull the measure to the box.
To view more about a Preventive Care Measure which has already been added to the Preventive Care section, click the link for the measure to view the information in a popover.
