Preconfigured Section - Family History

The Family History section sets relevant family history information including the condition and relative. Tap the FamilyHistory list header to select as many conditions and family members as necessary in the dual column Add Family History & Note Relation menu. The search section can be used to search for results, or add new results with the Add item. Once finished, tap the Done button.

If no family history is significant, tap the No significant family history checkbox.

The Family History section uses iEHR interaction Pulling Data.
