Inventory - Transactions
Inventory Transactions, such as charges and returns, are created in the Ledger in the same manner that procedure charges are posted:
Inventory Charges: Within the Ledger, select the Charges menu > New Charge and use the resulting New Charge Window to post the item as sold.
Returns: Select the item in the Ledger and select the Other menu > Return.
Items identified as "Consumed" in the fee schedule cannot be returned in MacPractice. They must be designated as "Sold" in order to be returnable.
