Miscellaneous Pull Fields

Created By ID: User ID of the user that created the note.

Created By Name: First and last name of the user that created the note. This is set in the Users node of the Reference ability.

Created By State License Number: State license number of the user that created the note. This state license number is originally entered in the References ability > Users > Provider Numbers tab > State License field.

Page Number: Page number the pull field is located on

Time Now: Time the note template was created

Today's Date: Date the note template was created

Total Pages: Total number of pages for the note
