Fixed an issue when generating a form that would cause an accented letter (for example, an accented letter in a name) to come across as a question mark on the generated form.

Addressed an issue that would cause an error when creating and saving a new vendor with only the Vendor Name filled out.
Ledger - Claims
An issue surfaced in 7.3.20 and 7.3.21 where if an insurance payment is posted without a claim selected before posting the payment, all claims in that patient's ledger would be closed in error. This build resolves that issue, and also will incorporate a check upon updating that will re-open the claims closed in error.
An automatically generated ticket will be sent to MacPractice Support with a list of all the claims that have been re-opened due to this resolution. This list is available upon request. Simply call MacPractice Support and we will be more than happy to provide the list and answer any questions or address any concerns you may have regarding this issue.
If your office never updated to 7.3.20/7.3.21, this issue would not have impacted your office.

Corrected an issue when using a Note Template pull field to pull in an EMR narrative, the font of the note template is not taken into account, requiring the user to manually adjust the font.

Corrected an issue that would cause the running balance on a statement to be incorrect on a statement with a older charge not included in the date range, but a new payment that is partially applied to both a charge within the date range, and the older charge. In this scenario, the previous balance would not have been included on the running balance, but the payment would show as a credit on that balance.

Added a warning at login for every user if a backup has not been made in three days.

Addressed a situation when using the new Deleted Notes filter when archiving incidents that used to contain clinical notes. This issue was preventing deleted clinical notes in archived incidents from appearing in the filter, and was erroneously displaying notes as archived when the incident was then unarchived until a refresh could occur. Both scenarios have been addressed.
Corrected an issue that was causing Clinical Notes that were added via References > Fee Schedule > Long Description to not appear in the new Deleted Notes filter if the connected charge was deleted.

Added a new Preference "Print Payments Applied to Charges Outside The Date Range". This new preference when enabled will print payments that are applied to a charge that falls outside the statement date range. If disabled, the payment will not print on the statement, but will be calculated properly in the Previous Balance summary line.
Corrected an issue with the "Print Insurance Estimating Description Line on Account Statements" preference where no matter what the claim amount was, it would always print "A Claim of 0.00 was submitted..." instead.
Addressed an issue with the "Print the Incident Name and Patient Name on Statements" preference that was preventing it from functioning properly.
Corrected an issue with the "Print Statement Message on Account Statement by Default" preference which was preventing statement messages or one time messages from printing at all if this preference was disabled.

New to 7.3.15, we have added a feature to MacPractice that will automatically run the View, Download, Transmit (VDT) report at a specific time each day.
