Faxing Preferences

The Faxing Preferences are where you can set up the necessary fields in order to use our Faxing Ability. You can read more about the Faxing Ability here.

Open

The Updox Username, Password, and Integration Key fields are provided by Updox when activating the Faxing Ability. 

The Sync Buttons are used to synchronize data in the Faxing Ability to your Updox Account. This can be useful when you encounter issues in the Faxing Ability.

You can also set your Default Attachment Status with the drop down menu.
