Portal - Appointments

The Appointments tab can be found by selecting a patient from the main screen of the patient portal.

The purpose of this tab is to show patients their upcoming appointments. It will also show the patient their appointments from the past 30 days. The appointments will display the Date and Time, type and provider. This information will update as the appointment is changed in the Schedule ability.

Click the Schedule an Appointment button if the patient would like to schedule an appointment. Based on the purchased options, MacPractice will either redirect the patient to the Online Scheduling, or Messages.
