There is only one field available. One is for the Name of the Refund Reason.
The “Show in Menu” checkbox controls whether the Reason for Refund is present in the options when selecting a Reason for Refund. Typically you’ll want this on, unless you wanted to phase out a particular Reason for Refund so office staff and billers do not select that type.
