Reason for Refund Reference Node

The Reason for Refund Reference Node contains all the options that can be selected when issuing a Refund in a Patient’s Ledger.

There is only one field available, which allows you to set the name of the Reason for Refund. This is what will appear when selecting a Reason in the Refund Window.

The “Show in Menu” checkbox controls whether the Reason for Refund is present in the options when selecting a Reason for Refund. Typically you’ll want this on, unless you wanted to phase out a particular Reason for Refund so office staff and billers do not select that type.
