Report files from ECG will be in .ets format, which is what they used previouslyETF format, with the file extensions of either .INS, or .REC. (.INS files are payer reports, while .REC are clearinghouse reports.

ERA files from ECG will be in era or ara formats.Everything should work as normalraw 835 format. The file extensions for these are .835 or .ARA.

Otherwise, there should be no changes in claim submission or reports retrieval.
