New Template Configuration Options
Template Settings in eClaims has been moved to a gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the eClaims Ability:
When clicked, the following fields will reveal, allowing the user to customize their Username/Password (and for Eligibility), the Submission URL, the Submission Location, and Retrieval Locations for Reports and ERAs.
Configuring Change Healthcare / ECG
The ProxyMed Template can be re-used for ECG (The new Portal/Platform that we will be submitting to from MacPractice).
To Configure ProxyMed Template for CHC and ECG, use the following settings:
Submission URL for Change Healthcare/ECG will be:
ecgpe.healthtechnologygroup.com
Submission Location - claims/
Retrieval Locations:
Reports: reports/
ERAs: era/
For Change Healthcare, they require that we disable Public Key Authentication.
Claims that were created back in Februry will need to be re-created if they have been submitted to another clearinghouse or payer. If claims were left untouched and unsubmitted since February, these can be re-sent.
Report files from ECG will be in ETF format, with the file extensions of either .INS, or .REC. (.INS files are payer reports, while .REC are clearinghouse reports.
ERA files from ECG will be in raw 835 format. The file extensions for these are .835 or .ARA.
Otherwise, there should be no changes in claim submission or reports retrieval.
Configuring Inovalon
The Phase 1 curl as described in the Inovalon Onboarding Guide will no longer be required.
The Phase 2 curl may still be necessary if the Inovalon template is not present.
Username and Password should carry over from previous installation.
Submission URL for Inovalon will be:
sftp.accessrcm.abilitynetwork.com
Submission Location - incoming/claims/
Retrieval Locations:
Reports: outgoing/reports/
ERAs: outgoing/remits/
For Inovalon, Public Key Authentication should be enabled.
