When you update to Build 15.18.6 and if you submit to Inovalon, you may need to re-enter your template configuration settings. These requirements are outlined in this article: eClaim Changes in Build 15.18.6 Your username and password should carry into the new build and shouldn’t need to be re-entered. If this is not the case, contact MacPractice Support for assistance. |
eClaims
We’ve updated the Template Configuration window in the eClaims Ability to better accommodate the needs of different clearinghouses. You can read more about these changes here:
Change Healthcare eClaims
We’ve made some software changes to accommodate requirements set forth by Change Healthcare to use their new ECG platform to submit claims, preparing MacPractice for CHC resumption of services.
Please be aware that if you intend on resuming service with Change Healthcare, new requirements stipulate that offices will need a Static WAN (or Static IP address) provided by your Internet Service Provider.
Inovalon eClaims
You no longer will need to run the Phase 1 curl when updating MacPractice.
We’ve implemented support for ERA retrieval in MacPractice. You will no longer need to manually import your ERAs into MacPractice.

Addressed an issue where MacPractice would falsely state that claims were submitted successfully with an erroneous Submission location. (MAC-2530)
