MacPractice is pleased to announce that we are offering a new tier of service available to our clients. For offices that don't already have an IT on retainer, MacPractice can now offer Managed IT Services to assist an office with several office computer and network-related services, such as:

  • Handling OS patching and security updates

  • Monitoring Hard Drive health and making recommendations for maintenance

  • Antivirus Monitoring and Updating

  • Remote Monitoring and Management of all covered computers

  • Remote Phone, Email, and Screen-Share Support on any IT related issue

  • Planned or Emergency Onsite Assistance (extra costs may apply)

  • Discounted Hourly Rate for additional professional services.
