The Template Library is used to add new iEHR templates to the database, or update the database's current iEHR templates.

Tap the Incident View side-tab and select a current incident or add a new incident. Tap the Add Template to Incident button under any incident to add a template to that incident. From the Choose Template menu, tap Get More Templates to access the Template Library.

Within the Template Library, templates can be found through All Templates, Specialties, or Updates.

  • Tap the All Templates button to view all of the iEHR templates. The NameDate, and Popular segmented buttons at the top of All Templates view can be used to filter the All Templates results alphabetically, by uploaded date, or by download popularity.

  • Tap the Specialties button to discover forms categorically by specialty. Tap any listed specialty category to display the related templates.

  • Tap the Updates button to list any available updates to any previously downloaded form. When updates are available, the Updates icon will reflect the number of updates within the icon badge.

Template results will display the template name, specialities, and updated date. Template results that appear with a green check icon have already been downloaded to the database. Tap any template to download the preview. The preview will display the template as it appears without any patient data. Tap Install to import the template. The template will then be available within any incident in the Choose Template menu. With the incident selected, the form will be accessible as a side-tab named for the specific form. Tap the template side-tab to access the form in Template View.

To uninstall a template, follow the same process as installing a form by selecting the template in the Template Library. Tap the Uninstall button and confirm the uninstall on the resulting notification. While this will remove the template as an option from the Choose Templates menu, any forms created from the template will remain associated to the patient in Incident View.
