Rejection Message:

This rejection message can be used for any claim level date that might appear incorrectly on an eClaim. Dates can include:

• First Symptom Date (Onset of Current Illness)

• First Consultation Date (Initial Treatment)

• Accident Date

• Admission Date

• Discharge Date

• Date Last Seen

• Assumed Date

• Relinquished Date

The information included in the rejection after 'Bad Data' is the date in question. Most of the dates mentioned above can be found on the patient ledger within the Incident under Claims > Symptom Dates.
Note: If the First Symptom Date is the same as the Date of Service, leave the 'First Symptom Date' field empty as this is assumed. If the First Symptom Date and Date of Service match the claim will be marked as rejected.
