Build 11 Release Notes

Release Notes apply to MacPractice DC, DDS, MD, and 20/20. Some fixes and new features may not apply to your branch of MacPractice.

Before updating, we advise double-checking our Software Requirements page to confirm your computers meet the necessary system specifications.

And as always, if you notice any ongoing issues or feedback with statements and other facets of the software, don't hesitate to reach out!

You should always ensure you have a fresh backup available when updating MacPractice. However, the process of updating to MacPractice 10.6.1+ will generate a separate backup as there are extensive database updates in MacPractice 10.

Build 11.17.17-24

Dental - Restorative Charting

  • Resolved an issue when using Supercodes with no default provider set, where a database error could occur.

Ledger

  • Resolved an issue where the  provider column in the Ledger was mismatching what Provider was selected in the Charge window for a given charge. 

Managers - Code Manager

  • Added ADA Codes for 2021.

Miscellaneous

  • Updated the Ticket Submission window.

  • Addressed an issue with the Update MacPractice menu item not working as intended when at the login window. 

  • Resolved an issue with some CVX codes in the RefCon database.

Patients

  • Addressed an issue in the Patient tab where if you double click on a referrer, if there are charges attached to this referrer, you'll see an error about not being able to replace the referral due to it being tied to a charge/incident. 

  • Adjusted the behavior when setting a Referrer's Associated Provider to None, an alert will no longer appear advising the user to set an Associated Provider.

Reports - Clinical Quality Measures

  • Added a column in the sidebar for the Clinical Quality Measure reports for CMS ID to better identify particular Clinical Quality Measures. 

Rx

  • IL PDMP added to the Rx Sidebar. 

Software Update

  • Resolved some issues when updating from 7.3 to 11.17 on particularly large databases.

Build 11.17.16-47

New Enhancement - Patient Selector

  • We've made some changes to the Patient Selector which you can read about in this HelpDesk article. We've also added a new Preference Category that relates to these changes. 

Clinical

  • Addressed a display issue with the Included Sections button.

Database Update

  • Addressed an issue where in some cases when updating from 7.3 to 12.1+, where the "Migrating EHR Form billing data to new database schema" would take an exorbitant amount of time. 

  • Resolved a potential stability issue when updating the database. 

ePrescribe

  • Addressed an issue where the face sheet would not be printable when using a particular workflow.

Labs

  • Adjusted how embedded pdfs are duplicated to attachments, so they should now include the Procedure Date and Description as intended. 

  • Addressed some slowness when switching between patients and creating online lab orders. 

Ledger

  • Addressed an issue when double clicking a Locked EMR Form in the Ledger, where you would not be taken to the form in question in error.

Miscellaneous

  • Addressed an issue where a database error could occur periodically occur seemingly at random. 

  • Resolved an issue where a "File Not Found On Server" error would occur when uploading images via Digital Radiography.

Patients

  • Updated the first and last name fields to allow for larger field lengths for the first name (35 characters), and last name (50 characters) 

Reports - Management

  • Updated the History Report so that it now tracks when patients accessed their patient portal and what items they interacted with there.

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Addressed an issue with the HIE (Summary of Care) report where if you send from a bad email, the Recorded Electronic Transmission of Document is marked a No when it should be Yes as per ICSA standards.

  • Made some adjustments to how Referral and Provider ties were handled in the HIE (Summary of Care) report.

Clipboard App

  • Addressed some display issues with text blocks in new patient forms. 

ePrescribe

  • Resolved an issue where if you create and transmit a prescription, then click out of the ePrescribe window to another area of MacPractice, a database error could occur. 

iEHR App

  • Addressed an issue that could occur when opening a Past EMR Form where the Narrative would not appear in error.

EHR

  • Addressed an issue where if, in an EHR patient form with a billing section, you create a Careslip order for a patient with at least two incidents, the incident at the top of the Charge Window would be incorrect in error. 

Labs

  • Resolved an issue where online lab orders were not saving properly. 

Managers - Claim Manager

  • Resolved an issue with MIPS codes not sending properly via Claims Manager. 

References

  • Added a new default Place of Service for Telehealth (2) that can be used in the new charge window in the Ledger. 

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Adjusted how patients with multiple providers were handled for the purposes of the Patient Electronic Access numerator and denominator counts per provider for a given time period.  

  • Updated the footer information for the Patient Electronic Access report for Stage 3 and MIPS programs.

Labs

  •  Added a Host field in the Labs Preferences for Shiel Orders. 

  • Adjusted the timeout interval to 45 seconds when creating an Online Lab Order. 

  • Added a new "LabCorp Inbox" to the Services and Products Ability, located in the sidebar. 

  • Added a new Labs Preference "Duplicate Embedded Documents to Attachments",  that will duplicate attachments received from an imported lab. 

  • Per LabCorp request, the Results tab does not appear in the Orders/Labs Ability for LabCorp. 

  • Adjusted the behavior when receiving Lab results, where if the Lab Result file does not include the Patient ID, Patient Name, or DOB, it should still tie to the patient by using the Lab OrderID. 

Miscellaneous

  • Updated the standard Reference Concept Database included in MacPractice installers to the 200324 version. 

Patients - Orders

  • When creating Online Lab Orders via LabCare, an XML text file will be generated on the desktop. 

  • Addressed an issue when creating an online lab order where if there is a timeout when generating a PDF, MacPractice could unexpectedly quit.  

Preferences

  • Adjusted the Shiel Orders Preference name to "Online Lab Orders".

EHR

  • Addressed an issue with entering data into the sampler template, where application errors would occur. 

ePrescribe

  • Addressed an issue when in ePrescribe Preferences, the Access Server is set to Pre-Production, where the website for the pre-production environment was not accessible in error. 

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Adjusted how patients with multiple providers were handled for the purposes of the Patient Electronic Access numerator and denominator counts per provider for a given time period.

Clinical

  • Adjusted the CCDA export when exporting the Vitals widget to ensure all necessary data is pulled as required. 

  • Made a change to ensure that the Preferred Language is represented by human language and not a Language Code as required by ICSA.

  • Adjusted the behavior of the CCDA Assessment section and how it pulls information to better comply with ICSA standards.

EHR

  • Resolved an issue when printing EHR Form Narratives, where in the PDF preview, headers and page numbers were not present in error.

  • Addressed a memory leak in EHR when creating new patient forms. It is important to note that while the process of creating a new form does cause a new process in the Activity Monitor to appear, but now the memory usage is handled properly.

Ledger

  • Resolved a display issue with Ledger General Preferences "Show Archived Incidents in Account Ledger" and "Sort Account Transactions by Date Entered", where the patient's Account Ledger would display the incorrect running balance. Actual data was not impacted by this display issue. 

Miscellaneous

  • Resolved an issue with the Help Menu > Share Screen option not functioning as expected. 

Reports

  • Updated the History Report so that it logs when a patient accesses their clinical records via the Health Records tab in the Patient Portal. 

Reports - Clinical Quality Measures

  • Updated the CMS 153 "Chlamydia Screening for Women" report to meet 2019 reporting standards.

  • Updated the CMS 138 "Preventive Care and Screening: Tobacco Use" report to meet 2019 reporting standards.

  • Updated the CMS 2 "Preventive Care and Screening for Clinical Depression & Follow-Up Plan" to meet 2019 reporting standards. 

  • Updated the CMS 82 "Maternal Depression Screening" to meet 2019 reporting standards. 

  • Addressed an issue with the Controlling Blood Pressure report.

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Adjusted some backend pieces for the HIE (Summary of Care) report to better calculate the numerator. 

  • Updated the View Download Transmit report to track when a patient accesses the Clinical sections of the Patient Portal. 

  • Added a column to the Patient Electronic Access report "CCDA Generated Date", which tracks when CCDA records are generated.

  • Updated Measure Calculation reports to ensure when no providers are selected, the reports display properly. 

  • Updated the Patient Electronic Access report to track if Clinical information has been exported to the Patient Portal. 

  • Resolved a potential SQL error that could occur when running the VDT report. 

Build 11.17.10-17

Ledger

  • Addressed an issue where if you move a transaction to a treatment plan, the patient portion for the procedures dip into the negative once a predetermination is received. 

Notes

  • Corrected an issue that could occur when creating a new Note using an existing Template, then using Command-P to save and export the note, then moving the note to a locked folder. In this situation, the newly created note would appear blank in the locked folder in error. 

Reports

  • Resolved an issue where the Patient by Insurance Carrier report would not pull the primary insurance subscriber number in error. 

  • Addressed an issue with write off amounts not displaying properly in certain circumstances in the Posted/Procedure Date Day Sheet reports. 

  • Addressed some issues with the Date By Month reports, where write offs would not always show when filtering for particular providers.

  • Addressed an issue with the Insurance Claims Outstanding report, where in some circumstances claims would mistakenly pull into the report in error. 

Scheduling

  • Addressed an issue when working within the Advanced View in the Schedule for patients with billing orders in EMR, where MacPractice could unexpectedly quit in certain circumstances. 

Timeclock

  • Resolved an issue where if a user does not clock out from a shift on the last day of a month, and remains clocked in for multiple days, they would disappear from the time clock schedule. 

Build 11.17.9-28

Contract Billing

  • Addressed an issue in Contract Billing where if you set the option to post a late fee automatically if the contract charge has not been paid off by the end of a grace period, where the late fees could be posted even if the original charge already has a payment tied to it or not. 

EMR/EDR

  • Resolved an issue where Careslip Orders, when posted, were posting to the incorrect incident in cases where a patient has at least two incidents. 

ePrescribe

  • Adjusted behavior where if the height and weight fields are not populated, the user will be alerted that this information is now required for all patients under 19 years of age. 

  • Corrected an issue with the height and weight fields not properly passing through to NewCrop correctly. 

Scheduling

  • Resolved an issue where working with a transparency (creating, editing, moving, or deleting), MacPractice could unexpectedly quit in certain circumstances.

Managers - Bulk Insurance

  • Addressed an issue in particular builds of earlier 11.17 where unapplying bulk insurance payments on a single patient would unapply all write offs in error.

Reports - Daily

  • Addressed an issue with how Contract Billing charges are displayed in the Posted/Procedure Date Day Sheet report. 

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Resolved an issue where Patient Education resources would be counted for multiple providers despite only one having a patient education resource associated with them. 

  • Made some adjustments to the Receive and Incorporate report. 

  • Addressed an issue with the Patient Education Report, where the column denoting whether a patient had access to the Patient Portal was displaying "No" in error.

Video Capture

  • Addressed an issue that could cause MacPractice to unexpectedly quit when clicking on the camera button in the lower left corner with no camera attached. 

Build 11.17.7-36

EHR

  • Addressed an issue where if you add an Encounter Diagnosis that has been used previously, the prompt asking whether a user wanted to add a new diagnosis or pull from the previous usage would not appear as expected. 

  • Resolved an issue with right clicking patient forms to access the right click menu. 

  • Resolved an issue where a user would be unable to select allergy types when reconciling allergies in a EHR Form with an Allergies codified section added to it. 

Ledger

  • Addressed an issue where if a user adds a prescription to a new charge in the Rx Tab of the Charge Window, they would see a "All Patient Medications Restricted" warning in error. 

Patients - Orders

  • Addressed an issue where if you attempt to post care slip charges from the Orders Tab, the charges would post but the patient would not be selected as expected.

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Addressed an issue where incorrect encounters were being included on the Receive and Reconcile report.

  • Added a "Verify Opioid Treatment Agreement" Report for MIPS. 

  • Addressed an issue where certain patients would not pull into the numerator for the "Health Exchange Reconciliation" report.

Reputation Marketing

TSYS

  • Resolved an issue where generating a Transaction Log in the Accounting Ability would time out in error. 

Build 11.17.6-83

Clinical

  • Adjusted the Export Incident window to remember the user's choice regarding whether to print or not print the exported Clinical Summary. 

  • Addressed a potential CCDA validation issue.

  • Resolved an issue with the CCDA Export alert not triggering as expected. 

  • Adjusted the sidebar loading in the Clinical Ability. Now not all patients are automatically loaded into the sidebar by default.

  • Resolved an issue where if a patient requires a CCDA export after making a change, you would need to refresh the patient before initiating the export. 

  • Addressed an issue where if the Incident filter is set to all in the Clinical Ability, the CCDA export alert wouldn't appear as expected.

EHR

  • Added a duplicate code warning in the Encounter Diagnoses section.

  • Corrected an issue where a forward slash in the section name was causing buttons and the gear icon from working as intended. 

  • Resolved an issue where if you have certain symbols in the EHR Section/Template name, gear and pull icons would not work as intended. 

  • Resolved an issue where if a custom section has the same name as a codified section, a new window would appear when clicking the codified section's links in error. 

  • Adjusted a query to improve performance when loading EHR forms.

  • Addressed an issue in Medications, Allergies, and Problem List elements, where clicking the Active/All toggle would cause MacPractice to unexpectedly quit. 

  • Corrected an issue where a forward slash in the section name was causing buttons and the gear icon from working as intended. 

Labs

  • Corrected an issue when receiving and importing lab results from Portneuf where MacPractice would unexpectedly quit. 

Ledger

  • Addressed an issue that could occur after moving a patient to their own account where in special circumstances balances could be stuck on patient portion in error.

  • Addressed an issue when generating CDA Dental claims. 

  • Corrected an issue when after creating a negative adjustment from an insurance payment window, where if you use the Unapply Selected Charge option, the unapplied negative adjustment is not properly accounted for in the Accounting Ability in error.

Managers - Codes Manager

  • Added the ADA codes for 2020. 

Managers - Database Utilities

  • Resolved an issue if you have an account with two patients, post a charge on the patient who is not the primary, and then use the Move Patient To Another Account database utility to separate that patient to a different account, and then increase the payment amount so there's an unapplied balance, that payment and unapplied amount would also be present in the original account in error. 

  • Addressed an issue when moving a patient to another account using the corresponding database utility, where in some cases paid finance charges were preventing the completion of the move in error. 

Notes

  • Resolved an issue where if you add an imagine to a Note template, and then select "Move to background" for the image, where the selected image would shift to a different location in error. 

Patients

  • Added "Spanish" and "Latin American Spanish" as an option under the Preferred Language drop down selector in the Patient Tab. 

Reports - Clinical Quality Measures

  • Addressed an issue with numerator requirements not being met with several CQM reports. 

  • Adjusted the help link for the Controlling High Blood Pressure report.

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Adjusted the default list of EP Procedure Codes tracked by MIPS/Medicaid Measure Calculation Reports. 

  • Addressed an issue with Patient Education Resources Report not always identifying whether a resource was added to a patient account in error. 

  • Updated the "Colorectal Cancer Screening" report to 2019 MIPS/Medicaid reporting standards. 

  • Re-added several CMS reports for the 2019 reporting period.

License

  • Locked the CCDA Export patient alerts behind the license option "MU - CCDA and Portal Alerts". Clients wishing to see these patient alerts to remind you which patients are in need of a CCDA Export after updating to this build should contact MacPractice Support. 

Client/Server

  • Implemented some performance updates.

Build 11.17.4-14

Clinical

  • Resolved an issue where previewing a Patient Form in the Patient Forms widget would cause MacPractice to unexpectedly quit.

  • Corrected a privilege issue where if a user does not have the Clinical user privilege to Create CCDA Documents, that user could still export a CCDA in error. 

Database

  • Made some improvements to some back-end database processes. 

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Resolved an issue with the Summary of Care Measure report, where if two referrals were listed on the same patient, they would only be listed once on the report in error. 

Rx

  • Added a function to prevent all patient medication records from being viewed unless a specific patient is selected with the patient selector. An alert will appear the first time you navigate to the Rx Ability with no patient selected.

Database

  • Corrected a query to the database that was causing slowness in MacPractice. 

Build 11.17.2-89

This build when installed makes some changes to the database structure to address an issue causing database size to grow. Consequently, this update may take longer than normal. However, we strongly encourage you to please update at your earliest opportunity.

Clinical

  • Added the ability to de-select all in the CCDA Export Manager. 

  • Resolved an issue where offices not attesting for MIPS would see the CCDA Export alerts on patient records in error.

  • Addressed some slowness when loading Clinical records. 

  • Addressed some slowness that could occur with large data sets when printing or exporting CCDA records. 

Dental - Restorative Charting

  • Addressed a display issue when editing an existing clinical note, where the window would appear and disappear with every keystroke, causing significant difficulty in entering data.

EHR

  • Resolved an issue where CCR documents would not appear in EHR.

Forms

  • Added the new 2019 ADA Claim Form. It is important to note here that the Veterans' Administration is now requiring all dental claims to be filed with this form. 

HL7

  • Adjusted the Syndromic Surveillance Report to better comply with guidelines for reporting age.

  • Resolved an issue when sending HL7 messages under very specific circumstances. 

  • Resolved an issue where in certain circumstances, SIU HL7 messages would cause MacPractice to unexpectedly quit when updating patient demographics.

Installer

  • Updated notices on the client install packages to more accurately state compatibility with particular macOS builds. 

  • Updated the installer message for MP 11.17 to accurately state the version number as a variant of MacPractice 11. 

Ledger

  • Resolved an issue where in the circumstances of a primary insurance that was configured to not cover any portion for a given fee in their Insurance Company references, and a secondary insurance is set to cover portions, the fee would not be able to be saved to a patient's ledger in error. 

  • Addressed an issue regarding incorrect write off amount when multiple payments are involved in certain circumstances.

  • Resolved a potential issue when attempting to print from the Ledger with no items selected. 

  • Addressed some potential slowness on the backend of the database when posting charges. 

Miscellaneous

  • Resolved an issue where CCDA Export alerts for MIPS offices were slowing down MacPractice when loading the alert. 

  • Addressed several backend issues in relation to some database queries causing slowdowns. 

Patients

  • Addressed an issue when printing information from the Patient Tab of the Patients Ability. 

References - Referrals

  • Added the ability to identify "Use on Claim" referrals from the Charge Window. 

Reports - Accounting/Financial

  • Addressed an issue where write off amounts could double in particular workflows on the Day Month Year Report. 

Reports - Measure Calculation

  • Addressed an issue where the BMI and Blood Pressure report would spin endlessly when trying to generate the report.

  • Addressed an issue with the Patient Electronic Access report, where running the report for lengths of time shorter than a year would result in MacPractice unexpectedly quitting.

Sidebar

  • Addressed an issue where if a client computer has issues communicating with the server computer, the sidebar's currently loaded patients would all read as deceased. We have revived the incorrectly dead patients just in time for Halloween. 

Timeclock

  • Resolved an issue where in certain circumstances, Timesheet Reports would cause MacPractice to unexpectedly quit. 

Build 11.17.1-23

Major Change: The Clinical Tab is now the Clinical Ability

  • In MacPractice 11.16, we've separated out the Clinical Tab into its own Ability. Functionally, the Clinical Ability works exactly like the Clinical Tab. You can read an overview of the Clinical Ability here.

  • In addition to this change, several references have been moved from the References Ability to the Clinical Ability. The moved References are:

Clinical

  • Resolved some display issues with multiple allergies and CCDA records appear in the patient alerts pop up when selecting a patient. 

  • Resolved an issue when using the "More" button in the Immunizations widget and using it to print off an Immunization record, where patient-identifying information was left off in error. 

EHR

  • Corrected an issue where a user could get caught in a looping error in the EHR Sampler Template in the EHR Ability when using a particular workflow. 

  • Addressed an issue after reconciling the Problem List/Medications/Allergies element, where you would be taken to the top of the form in error. 

  • Resolved an issue in larger forms when you add an annotation to the first few sections, where the form will automatically scroll to the middle in error. 

  • Addressed an issue when changing routes on a previously saved Immunization, where the user could be caught in an error loop when using a particular workflow. 

Insurance

  • Resolved an issue where database errors could occur in rare circumstances when posting an insurance payment after re-opening a claim. 

Build 11.17.0-206

Clinical

  • Resolved an issue where CCDA exports were pulling in a mailing address and not the physical address for the office. 

  • Added a default keyboard shortcut (Command-7 by default) to access the Clinical Ability. 

  • Added an "Unknown" option when setting a family relationship in the Family History widget. 

  • Addressed an issue where an entered diagnosis that was marked resolved or inactive, where if you exported a CCDA record to the Patient Portal, that resolved/inactive diagnosis would not export properly. 

  • Removed an extraneous CQM box from the Problem List widget that was no longer being used. 

  • Adjusted the Procedures widget to be able to display procedure code modifiers.

  • Resolved an issue when exporting a CCDA with Lab Orders included, where the Units field was pulling into the Normal Range fields on the CCDA document in error. 

  • The CCDA Export Manager no longer displays if the office does not have Meaningful Use enabled on their license.

  • Adjusted the behavior when exporting CCDAs and using the "Associate to Existing Tranisition To" option. There is now an opportunity to select a Confidentiality Code, which will include information regarding disclosure of confidential information when selected. 

  •  Updated the Immunizations widget in the Clinical Ability to be certification-ready. 

  • Added a new HIE Manager in the Clinical Sidebar. You can read about it in the Clinical Ability documentation here

  • Added functionality in the Immunizations widget to add additional Vaccine Groupings.

  • Resolved an issue where if a patient has multiple smoking status records, only the latest would display on the CCDA Export. 

  • Updated how the Immunizations widget communicates information to immunization registries. 

  • Added the ability to filter Immunizations so any downloaded records from an immunization registry don't show up. 

  • Resolved an issue where if you search for a patient name that has a special character in the Clinical Ability, MacPractice would either quit unexpectedly or a database error would occur. 

  • Added a comma in between the last name and first name in the Referrals widget. 

  • Addressed an issue that could cause MacPractice to unexpectedly quit when adding a brand new referral in certain cases. 

Dental

  • Resolved an issue where MacPractice would unexpectedly quit when annotating a tooth then cancelling the annotation in some workflows. 

  • Corrected an issue with MacPractice unexpectedly quitting when charting procedures on teeth from the Completed Procedures node using a particular workflow. 

Digital Radiography

  • Resolved an issue that could cause an error when attempting to drag a DR image before it has fully loaded. 

EHR

  • Addressed an issue when adding fields to a section, or sections to a template where the preview does not update until you leave the section/template and return to it. 

  • Corrected an issue when clicking the "Pull" button of an EHR element, the element would not be greyed out in error.

  • Addressed an issue when adding a new form and clicking the pull data icon to pull data in from a prior EHR form, where the preview window would not display the data to be pulled forward in error. 

iEHR

  • Resolved an issue that could cause the iEHR app to unexpectedly quit when first opening an Imaging visit, closing that visit, then attempting to open a second one. 

EMR/EDR

  • Addressed an issue where demographic information submitted via a Kiosk form was not properly transmitting over to MacPractice. 

  • Resolved an issue that was causing Kiosk forms to not refresh and to not receive forms properly. 

Ledger

  • Resolved an issue when creating a refund from an insurance payment, if the payment in question is a cross over payment, the refund amount wouldn't deduct from the payment in the payment window in error. 

  • Addressed an issue when toggling the Use EOB checkbox in an insurance payment, where MacPractice could quit unexpectedly when using a particular workflow. 

  • Addressed an issue when adjusting procedure dates on charges where a database error could occur randomly.

Managers - Bulk Insurance

  • Resolved an issue where MacPractice would unexpectedly quit when creating a new record using a particular workflow. 

Managers - ERA Manager

  • Resolved an issue where MacPractice would unexpectedly quit when adjusting applied amounts in an ERA Payment, then enabling provider adjustments.

Notes

  • Addressed an issue with printing Notes not appearing in the history log.

Patients

Major Change: The Clinical Tab is now the Clinical Ability

  • In MacPractice 11.16, we've separated out the Clinical Tab into its own Ability. Functionally, the Clinical Ability works exactly like the Clinical Tab. You can read an overview of the Clinical Ability here.

  • In addition to this change, several references have been moved from the References Ability to the Clinical Ability. The moved References are:

New Feature - TSYS Integration

  • We're thrilled to announce our new MacPractice integration with TSYS, formerly known as TransFirst. Now you'll be able to process credit and debit cards and issue credit card refunds directly from the MacPractice payment window.

  • With this new feature, we've also added two new nodes to the Accounting Ability sidebar to be used in conjunction with TSYS; the Batch Management node, and the Transaction Log node.

New Payment Type - Insurance Credit Card

  • We've also added a new Payment Type for Insurance Credit Cards. This is enabled for all offices by default. You can create custom Insurance Credit Card payment types in the References Ability > Payment Types node.

Dental - Restorative Charting

  • Resolved an issue when adjusting a zoom slider when viewing DR Images by right clicking a tooth with an associated DR Image, where the zoom slider wasn't working as intended.

  • Resolved an issue where if you archived an image from a layout box with multiple images, then attempted to archive multiple images in the same box, you would be unable to, and would need to refresh to resolve the issue.

  • Resolved an issue where if you capture images and then switch layouts, the next several images will use the same numbering scheme as the old layout in error. 

  • Addressed an issue where images could be moved to another visit with only viewing privileges enabled on the current user. 

  • Addressed an issue in the image editor when entering incorrect info into a field, where the alert that warns you of the invalid entry would not clear the offending entry.

  • Addressed an issue with exporting vertical images, where the top edges of the images could get cut off in certain circumstances. 

  • Corrected an issue that would cause a slowdown when applying a preset to an image that already has a lot of filters applied.
