Discrepancies Report

The Inventory Discrepancies Report displays differences in expected stock and audit count. The report is filtered by Category, Brands, and run for an Audit Start and End Date. Set the filters and click the Applybutton to run the report.

The Discrepancy Report displays result in the following columns:

Open

• Audit Name: The name of the audit

• Audit Date: The date of the audit

• User: The user who created the audit

Check the Expand All checkbox, or click an individual result to display expanded results. Expanded results display in the following columns:

• Category: The category of the item

• Brand: The brand of the item

• Item: The name of the item

• Discrepancy: The amount of discrepancy within the audit
