Common Login Issues
There are three common things to check when the iPad applications are encountering login errors. This applies to both Clipboard and iEHR.
First check the IP address and the Database Name. Use the Server > System Preferences > Network to verify the server IP is correct. Remove old information by using the X to clear out any extra spaces on the iPad.
Verify that both the username and password are correctly typed into the iPad.
Make sure the wifi is connected to the same network as the server, not connected to a different Network.
