The MacPractice Academy is a series of classes to learn MacPractice workflow. The Academy is designed primarily for busy offices hiring new staff and looking for an easy, streamlined way to get them trained in the software. It can be a good review for existing MacPractice users as well. The Front Desk Track is designed for front desk staff, intake specialists, schedulers, and anyone reviewing basic MacPractice workflow.
