Preconfigured Section - Attachments

The Attachments section displays the patient's attachments. Tap an attachment to view the attachment and additional information; including file name, description, type, status, date, and incident. Tap Add Attachment to take a picture with the iPad to add to the patient's attachments. This is only possible with iPads that include a camera (iPad 2+).

The Records from the past field filters the attachment list displayed by time. Tap the quantity field to select a number from the How Many menu. Next, tap the unit field to set the time units in the Take menu.

Tap the Pull from Chart button to list all attachment records for the patient from the database. Tap the desired attachment in the Pull from Chart menu to add it to the list. Repeat the process to add additional attachments to the list.

The Attachments section uses iEHR interaction Pulling Data.
Note: Attachments up to 5 MB will display, however larger attachments cannot be viewed through iEHR. (This changes to a limit of 7 MB in builds 7.3 and above)
