iEHR - Dynamic Lists

Some iEHR template sections contain a list of patient data under a gray list header. Tap the list header to access the menu for that list item. The items selected on the resulting menu will be added to the list. Tap the Edit button on a list to access Edit Mode, where listed items can be deleted or sorted.

Tap the red minus (-) icon to trigger a Delete button for that item. Tap Delete to remove the attribute.

Tap and hold the Sort icon, represented by three horizontal lines, to drag the listed item into another order sort.
