EHR Preconfigured Section - Smoking Status

The Smoking Status Section adds the patient's smoking status.

Click the Smoking Status link and select the patient's smoking status within the resulting popover. Select the Cessation Counseling Offered checkbox to indicate that counseling has been offered and add a date within the Date Offered field.
