EHR Preconfigure Section - Signature

The Signature Section captures the signature of a provider or nurse within a form.

Open

Click the Signature link. In the resulting popover, add a signature using a mouse or tablet. Set the Signature Type menu to Provider or Nurse, then add the name as text in the Print Name field. Click the Done button to add the signature to the form.
