iPad Interface - Clinical Tab

The clinical tab will display the patient's name, birthdate, age, sex, race, chronic diagnoses, allergies, vitals, and current medication. The patient demographics cannot be edited via the iPad interface.

The Problem List area will display any existing diagnosis from the patient's account.

The Allergies section will display the allergies in the patient's record.

The Vitals area displays the patient's vital records. Tap the plus button to record new vitals. Enter the necessary information, then tap the Add Vitals button. The new vital record will be saved to the patient's record in MacPractice immediately.

The Current Medication area will display the patient's existing medication or prescription records.You will see a View Rx button, this will take you to the Rx ability in the iPad interface.
