Statements Sent Report

The Statements Sent By Providers report lists Account Statements, Incident Statements, eStatements, and Statements printed through the Statement Manager.

Filter Options

  • Select Provider & Offices: The Statements Sent By Providers report can be filtered by the provider and office listed on the statement.

  • Start/End Date: These filters allow you to apply a date range to the report.

Results Columns

The Statements Sent By Providers Report initially lists statements printed from MacPractice by Month and number of Statements sent.

  • Statement Month: The month in which the statement was printed.

  • # of Statements Sent: Lists the number of statements printed within the listed month.

Expanded View

The expanded view of the Statements Sent By Providers Report list the statements that have been sent by each provider, the provider's title as defined by the User Reference, and the number of statement that were sent.

  • Provider Name: The name of the Provider listed on the statement.

  • Provider Title: The Providers Title as listed in the User Reference.

  • # of Statements Sent: Lists the number of statements printed within the listed month.

Further Expanded View

Expand the Provider Name entry on the Statements Sent By Providers Report to list each statement that was printed for that provider within that month. The results are listed by Account #, Primary name, and the specific Statement Sent Date within the results.

 

  • Account #: The number on the account for which the statement was printed.

  • Primary Last, First: The last and first name listed on the account for which the statement was printed.

  • Statement Sent Date: The specific date on which the statement was printed.
