Using VMWare

Select the VMware from vmware-host directory. This directory will only display if the VMWARE tools have been installed from VirtualMachine.menu > Install VMware Tools.

To configure the sharing folder go to:

VMWare Fusion > Virtual Machine > Sharing > Sharing Settings

Click the plus sign then navigate to the shared folder.
