The Patients With Remaining Coverages Report lists patients with remaining coverages listed within the Insurance record on the Patients tab within the Insurance sub-tab.

Filter Options

• Providers: Filters the report based on the provider listed on the patient account.

• Offices: Filters the report based on the office listed on the patient account.

Results Columns

Open

• Patient Last, First: The first and last name of the patient with multiple coverages.

• Patient Phone Number: The Phone Number listed on the Patient account.

• Insurance Carrier: The Insurance Carrier with remaining coverage listed on the Patient account.

• Plan Name: The Insurance Plan Name associated to the patient's remaining coverage.

• Subscriber Number: The Subscriber Number listed on the patient's insurance record with remaining coverage.

• Remaining Coverage: The dollar amount of coverage remaining, as listed on the Insurance Record with remaining coverage.
