Referrals With No Category Report

The Referrals With No Category report is designed to capture all Referrers that have been added to a patient's chart as a Referral record with a category of "Not Applicable" set. You can locate a patient's Referrals and Referral Category by navigating to the Patients Ability > Patient Tab > Referrals Sub-Tab.

 

Filter Options

Once you've configured your filters and dates, you can click the Apply button to generate results for this report for the date range you have set.

  • Filter Providers: This filter will hone down results to referrer records on patients with the filtered provider(s) set as the patient's provider in the Patients Ability - Patient Tab.

  • Filter Offices: This filter will hone down results to referrer records on patients with the filtered office set as the patient's office in the Patients Ability - Patient Tab. 

  • Filter Referrer Types: This filter will narrow down the results to referrers with the filtered Referral Type set. 

  • Referral Start Date/End Date: The date fields will hone down results to referral records with a Referral Date that falls within the set date range.

  • Show Primary Referral Only Checkbox: If checked, results will be honed down to only referral records that are listed FIRST in the patient's Referrals list.

  • Include Inactive Patients Checkbox: If checked, this option will include any patients that have been archived.

Results Columns

Unexpanded Columns

  • Referrer Name: The Name of the Referrer in question.

  • Referrer Type: The Referrer Type that this Referrer is set to.

  • # Of Patients: The number of patients with this Referrer added to their chart in Patients Ability > Patient Tab > Referrers Sub Tab.

First Expansion Columns

  • Patient #: The Patient # for the patient associated with this Referrer.

  • Patient Last, First: The Last and First Name of the patient associated with this Referrer

  • Address: The Address of the patient associated with this Referrer.

  • Office: The Office of the patient associated with this Referrer.

  • Date Referred: The Referral Date of the referral record on this patient's chart.

  • Review Date: The Review Date of the referral record on this patient's chart.

  • Doctor Referred To: The provider of the patient in question.

  • Doctor's Phone: The phone number for the provider of the patient in question.

  • Doctor's E-mail: The e-mail address for the provider of the patient in question. 

  • Notes: Any information entered into the Notes field on the referrer record.
