The Follow-Up Appointments/Recall Report displays appointments associated to a Follow-Up or Recall (MacPractice DDS).

Filter Options

Status: Filters the report by the Status of the Follow-Up appointment.
Type: Filters the report by the Appointment Type of the Follow-Up appointment.
Resources: Filters the report by the Resource of the Follow-Up appointment.
Follow-Up Sched. Start/End Date: Filters the report by the date range in which Follow-Up appointments were scheduled.

Results Columns

Patient Last, First: The first and last name of the patient associated with the Follow-Up appointment.
Patient #: The patient number of the patient associated with the Follow-Up appointment.
Age: The age of the patient associated with the Follow-Up appointment.
Status: The Appointment Status of the Follow-Up appointment.
Created By: The user who created the Follow-Up appointment.
Updated By: The user who last updated the Follow-Up appointment.
Provider: The provider associated to the Follow-Up appointment.
