Custom Reference Node

The Custom Reference is completely user-definable. Some offices use this area to list a patient's preferred pharmacy, or indicate medical study participation. 

To create a new Custom record, click the green plus above the sidebar and enter the description on the right. When finished, Command + S (or Edit > Save Record) to save. Once added, the Custom item can then be added to the Patient Ability > Patient tab > Custom sub-tab.
