The eStatement preference allows you to configure your eStatement settings.

  • FTP Connection: Allows you to enter your Username, Password and FTP Host configuration. Pressing the Fetch From License button automatically will fill this information in from your MacPractice license.

  • Save PDF to Database When Printing eStatement: Allows you to save a statement PDF when eStatements are printed. This allows you to go back to the patient's ledger and double-click the Statement ledger entry to view the statement.

  • eStatement Form: This field allows you to adjust the form used when generating eStatements. This field is locked down and requires assistance by MacPractice Support in order to change.
